Waarom de claim aanhoudt
Ontbijters verschillen op veel manieren van overslapers. De observationele associatie was nooit bewijs dat de maaltijd zelf de metabolische snelheid verandert.

Hoe beslis je over een oordeel?
Drie graden, niet twee. "Overwegend onwaar" betekent dat de claim zoals gesteld niet wordt ondersteund; "gedeeltelijk waar" betekent dat er een echt effect bestaat maar kleiner of beperkter is dan geclaimd; "overwegend waar" betekent dat het bewijs het ondersteunt zoals meestal gesteld.
