Μια μεγάλη πολυεθνική ανάλυση δεδομένων από διπλά επισημασμένο νερό διαπίστωσε ότι η συνολική ενεργειακή δαπάνη, προσαρμοσμένη για τη σωματική σύνθεση, είναι σταθερή από περίπου 20 έως 60 ετών και μειώνεται μόνο μετά. [1]
Γιατί η αξίωση επιμένει
Οι άνθρωποι αποκτούν βάρος κατά τη διάρκεια των τριάντα τους. Η αιτία είναι συμπεριφορική και συνθετική — λιγότερη δραστηριότητα, λιγότερη μυϊκή μάζα — όχι μια μεταβολική ρυθμός που πέφτει σε μια γιορτή γενεθλίων.
